sekarang saya akan mengajarkan kepada kalian semua, bagaimana caranya membuat tulisan yang bisa mengikuti cursor, seperti tampilan blogger ini dulunya,

1) Loggin ke Blogger
2) Masuk ke Rancangan --> Edit HTML
3) Jangan lupa centang tulisan Expand Template Widget
4) Cari kode </body> kalo susah carinya bisa pakai CTRL + F

6) Simpan kode di atas, di atas kode </head>
7) Kode yang berwarna merah bisa kalian ganti sendiri, sesuai kesukaan kalian sendiri,

9) Lalu klik simpan template
